In 1991 graduated from Secondary School No 2 with excellence, Sisian, Armenia

In 1996 graduated from Yerevan State University, Department of Philology

From 1994 to 1995 was journalist at “Vorotan” Newsletter, Sisian, Armenia

From 1995 to 1999 was teacher at Sisian Secondary School #2

From 1999 to 2000 was Lecturer at Tatev University

From 1997 to 2000 was executive director at “Sisian and We” TV Station, Sisian, Armenia

From 2001-2002 chief Editor at Syunats Ashkharh

From 2002-2004 worked as Civic Education Instructor, Trainer at IFES Armenia, Syunik Marz,Armenia

From 2004-2008 was Trainer, PR Specialist at the Center for Community Dialogues and Initiatives (CCDI) NGO

From April 2008 to June 2018 was the Head of Programs Department at the National Institute of Education, Yerevan, Armenia

From 2013 to March 2014  was Educational Expert in  “World Vision Armenia’’

From 2014 to 2015 was a trainer in “Mission Armenia” NGO 

From September 2015 to February 2016 was Educational Processes Coordinator at “AYB:” High School, Yerevan, Armenia

From August 2018 to March 2023 was deputy head of EIB /       “Education Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia"       

From March 2023 till September 2024  was  Adviser to Minister at the “The Ministry of Education, Science, Cultural and Sports of the Republic of Armenia"

From September 2024 till present acting in charge director.

Is fluent in Armenian, Russian and English Languages
